• How does mining leads work?
  Our proprietary AI powered algorithm scans 4000+ stores. It generates potential valuable Amazon online arbitrage leads. Through Arbitrage BFF, you “mine” the potential leads and find profitable gems. We have different subscription tiers which grant you a certain number of gems every day (you can always top up as well). To review a potential lead and reject or claim it costs 1 gem. There is no cap on the number of profitable leads you can find per day. On average it tends to be at least 1 per 100 potential leads. Our first in class design makes sorting leads a breeze.
• How often are new potential leads added to the platform?
  Our proprietary algorithms are running 24/7 scouring the internet for potential leads. As they run, they are continually updating our databases with new potential leads to help you secure more profit.
• Is there any limit on the number of profitable leads I can claim in a day?
  Absolutely not. Your gems are yours and as you use them to mine our potential lead pool the profit you claim and secure has no limit. On average it tends to be at least 1 profitable lead per 100 potential leads. Our first in class design makes sorting leads a breeze. This number can vary and certainly some days you will find much more. The only thing limiting you is the number of gems and that you can always top up.
• Is there any kind of warranty?
  You pay per month and you can cancel anytime. We strive and work very hard to produce a service of great value to our customers. We want our customers to thrive and grow as Amazon sellers just like we have by utilizing our powerful software. If you are unhappy in any way with the service, please reach out and let us know. We would love to work with you to improve it and make it right with you. If you are unhappy and would like a refund we will honor that in the first 7 days of service.
• How is this different from a leads list?
  Instead of being given a list of leads that may not work for you (due to being gated or some other reason) you review potential leads and find ones that work for you.
• How many other people have access to the leads?
  Leads list usually share leads with 20+ other sellers oftentimes with even wider dissemination due to VAs generating the leads sharing them with other clients. Our potential leads are only ever shared with 5 people max. We give you the option to lock a lead you claim to reduce that even further.
• Can I choose a specific category to mine leads from?
  We’re currently hard at work preparing our more advanced and customizable OA lead generation tools for release. If you are eager to use them please join our waitlist below. If there are any other features you would like to see please reach out to us. We love to hear from you!
• What if I find a lead that I am gated in?
  With just a click of a button you can set the brand as gated in your profile and we will not show you any other leads from this brand. Alternatively if you already know in advance which brands you are gated in you can populate them in your profile. Once you are ungated in a brand go to your profile and you can remove the brand from the “gated blacklist” and we will start showing you potential leads from that brand again.
• How can I account for my prep center and shipping costs?
  We're working on a new feature to allow you to input those costs of yours in your profile so they can be factored into the ROI that is calculated on the review page. If this is a feature you want please reach out and let us know. This will help us know to prioritize it.
